The Journalism Department of Süleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Communication, aims to provide young individuals with the communication skills and practices that are required at the national and international level through its theoretical and applied courses. The Department of Journalism, which was inaugurated in the 2017-2018 academic year, consists of three departments: General Journalism; Informatics and Media Economics; and Management. There are 12 academic staff in the department, including a professors, four associate professors, two assistant professor and five research assistants.
