Founded in 2011, SDU Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Publicity, Department of Journalism, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema daytime education and evening education ,the Department of Education and Visual Communication Design continues its educational activities with the daytime education. The New Media and Communication Department was opened in our faculty in accordance with the meeting of the Higher Education Executive Board dated 21.12.2023 and has not started education activities yet. The Faculty was established as a teaching and research focus that embraces business and research fields in the media industry and academia. The aim of the SDU Faculty of Communication, which looks at the media as a technological and industrial social tool, is to enable its students to start their careers with sufficient scientific and professional equipment.
